COURSE DESCRIPTION

Early Intervention is a comprehensive program designed to support pre-school-aged children who experience developmental delays or face unique learning and behavioral challenges. The goal is to help children build critical skills in language and communication, sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, academic readiness, and social interaction. By addressing these areas early, the program aims to prepare children to integrate successfully into mainstream education system.

Developmental milestones are key indicators of progress in a child’s growth, encompassing motor, sensory, language, cognitive, and social skills. When children struggle to meet these milestones or progress at a slower rate, it may indicate a condition known as Global Developmental Delay (GDD).

Starting Early Intervention as soon as possible is crucial. Research shows that early support can lead to better outcomes in a child’s development, setting the foundation for future success and maximizing their potential as they grow.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

   We design individualized sensory diets that target various sensory inputs—proprioceptive, tactile, visual, auditory, vestibular, gustatory, and oral motor—to support children in managing sensory processing and enhancing their physical development.
2. Cognitive Development
   Our curriculum integrates tailored Literacy and Numeracy instruction with multi-sensory techniques and hands-on activities to improve cognitive skills. Each child’s learning preferences are considered to optimize their engagement and understanding.
3. Social Development
   We foster the development of social skills through structured teaching methods that promote positive behavior, verbal and non-verbal communication, and relationship-building. This helps children build self-confidence and develop strong, healthy connections with others.
4. Psychological Support
   Emotional well-being is a key focus, as we create a nurturing, supportive environment where children can learn to understand and regulate their emotions. By acknowledging their feelings, we help build resilience and emotional stability.
